VIP routing detects key senders and escalates their messages with special rules and alerts.
VIP Routing ensures important senders never get lost in the noise. It can prioritize messages from executives, high-value customers, key partners, or critical vendors. Routing rules might notify specific people, bypass queues, or apply stricter SLA timers. The key is accuracy: VIP lists should be maintained, auditable, and safe from spoofing by relying on verified domains and identities.
