How do I choose a plan?
Try free for 30 days. Every new account starts with Starter. Both plans include unlimited automations, AI replies, lead discovery and automated email follow-ups. Starter includes 6 channels, 500 monthly AI credits and up to 2 workspaces. Scale includes unlimited channels, 2,000 monthly AI credits and up to 5 workspaces. When the trial ends, activate a paid subscription to continue. Campaign analytics are included on both plans; AI usage consumes credits.
What counts as a channel?
Each connected Gmail account, WhatsApp number and social account (an Instagram account, Facebook Page, TikTok account or YouTube channel) is one channel. Your plan limits the total, so on Starter you could connect 2 Gmail accounts, 1 WhatsApp number and 3 social accounts, or any other mix of 6. Disconnecting a channel frees its place.
Which automations are included?
Automations reply for you on social media: auto-replies to comments, automatic DMs, comment-to-DM (reply to a comment in the inbox) and follow-to-DM (message new followers). The limit counts automations that are switched on at the same time. Paused and draft automations are free, so you can keep as many as you like.
How do AI credits work?
AI credits pay for AI actions that run on Automyc’s AI. Drafting a reply, sending an assistant message, an assistant action or an AI lead search each cost 1 credit. The full list is in the usage prices above. Paid plans include credits every month, new accounts start with 100, and you can top up your wallet any time.
Are channel limits and AI credits the same thing?
No. Your channel limit sets how many accounts you can connect; AI credits cover AI actions. Email sending is also subject to your email provider’s limits. WhatsApp and social platforms have their own sending and publishing rules, which more channels or credits don’t remove.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing costs less than paying monthly for twelve months. The saving depends on your plan and local currency; each plan shows its exact annual price and saving. Switch to Yearly above to see the monthly equivalent; the full annual amount is billed once per year. Local prices are fixed using ExchangeRate-API as a currency reference, and do not change automatically with exchange rates. Your checkout confirms the currency and total before payment.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
You can manage a web subscription from Automyc’s billing settings. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, manage it through that store. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access remains until the current billing period ends. The timing of plan changes depends on your billing provider and subscription status.
