Terms of Service
Last Updated: 11 October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using automyc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not use our platform. Automyc provides business automation tools for websites, content creation, publishing, outreach and customer communication exclusively for legitimate business operations.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use our services. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including team member access and connected provider accounts. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Prohibited Use Policy
You agree to use automyc.com in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL. You may not use our service to:
- Send unsolicited mass email (SPAM) to recipients who have not provided consent or with whom you have no prior business relationship.
- Send content that is deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, or promotes illegal activities.
- Engage in phishing, identity theft, or distribution of malware.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate any individual or entity.
- Use purchased or scraped email lists without verification.
Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy
We actively monitor sending reputation. Accounts found to be sending SPAM or receiving excessive abuse complaints will be suspended immediately and permanently without refund.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals
Automyc offers paid subscriptions that renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Billing cadence (monthly or yearly), price, and included limits are shown before checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the selected payment platform (for example Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or PayPal) to charge your account on each renewal period unless you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds depend on your purchase channel. For mobile in-app purchases, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple or Google policy. For web purchases, billing and cancellations are handled in your billing portal. See our Subscription Policy for full recurring billing terms.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Providers
Automyc integrates with third-party services (including Gmail, Google Sheets, payment processors, and app stores). Their availability, API behavior, and policy decisions are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, or policy enforcement actions by those providers.
6. Intellectual Property and License
Automyc and associated branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
automyc and its operators (DLPlatforms) shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service or for any third-party claims, including but not limited to Gmail account suspensions or technical failures.
8. Selling Digital Products
Sellers sell their own digital products through their websites and receive payments directly into their connected Stripe accounts. Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, deliver the advertised content, hold the rights to sell it, maintain a working support email, and explain their refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. The platform fee shown in the seller dashboard applies to paid sales in addition to Stripe's processing fees.
Sellers are responsible for their Stripe account, customer support, refunds, disputes, and applicable tax obligations. Automyc does not currently calculate or collect sales tax through Checkout. Sellers must assess their obligations before selling. Products must comply with applicable law and Stripe's prohibited and restricted business rules. Illegal content, stolen or unlicensed materials, malware, fraudulent products, pornography, and gambling products are prohibited. Products requiring payment-provider approval may only be sold after that approval is obtained.
Sellers may use buyer information to fulfil purchases and provide support. They must not add buyers to marketing lists without the required permission. Automyc may suspend selling for breaches of these terms or payment-provider restrictions. Buyers should contact the seller at the support address shown in the shop for purchase or refund questions.
