Quote template: what’s different
A quote sets out proposed work and pricing before a customer agrees. Choose a clear document number, list each part of the job and give the quote a validity date.
This page starts the document tool in Quote mode. Replace the sample business and customer details, review tax settings and download a PDF to share through your own channel.
What works
- Use the notes for scope, exclusions and the acceptance process.
- Set a validity date that reflects your pricing.
- Keep your own record of any acceptance before issuing an invoice.
How to use it
- 1.Replace the sample business, customer and document details.
- 2.Add line items, tax settings, discounts and payment instructions.
- 3.Review each paper page, then download the PDF or CSV and save a browser copy.
