Questions

Which greeting types are supported?

Voicemail, after hours, on hold and holiday. Supply the actual hours or closure dates you want included.

What is the WAV format?

8 kHz mono signed 16-bit PCM. Some systems require a different encoding; check your provider’s settings.

What does Hear greeting use?

A separate voice allowance shared with text to speech: one request a day as a guest or fifteen with an account. Script drafting uses the normal public AI allowance.

Will a draft invent hours or callback times?

The prompt uses supplied facts only. Review every draft and recording before putting it on your phone system.

Where is my work saved?

Inputs and supported files are saved in this browser for up to seven days when storage is available. Clearing site data removes them. Download important work and keep your original files.

Does this start an Automyc trial?

No. Using a free tool, or making a free account from one, doesn’t start a paid trial or create a workspace.
