Timestamped chapters: what’s different
Chapters let viewers jump to a specific part of a video. Accurate timings must come from your recording or an existing timestamped transcript.
Paste at least three timestamped lines beginning at 00:00, with each chapter at least ten seconds after the previous one. The tool returns labelled chapters only when the supplied timings support them.
What works
- Put each timestamp at the start of its own line.
- Begin at 00:00 and provide at least three chapters.
- Check each chapter against the final edit, especially after trimming the video.
Supplied timing example
00:00 Introduction 00:30 Prepare tomatoes and garlic 01:20 Cook the sauce 03:10 Toss and serve
Seek to each timestamp in the final video and confirm the label matches that point.
How to use it
- 1.Describe the video and add a focus keyword.
- 2.Paste a transcript or timestamp list if you want chapters.
- 3.Review both options, edit the wording and copy the metadata.
