Free WhatsApp link and QR code for real estate agents

Put a WhatsApp QR code on signboards, flyers and listings. Buyers message you about the exact property with one scan, and the address is already in the message.

  • Free, no account needed
  • Link, QR and A6 card
  • Works with WhatsApp Business

For real estate agents: what’s different

Buyers driving past a signboard won’t call, but many will scan. A WhatsApp QR code on the board opens a chat with you with the property address already typed, so you know which listing they mean before you reply.

Make one link per property. Each message tells you exactly where the enquiry came from, which beats a generic “Hi, is it still available?”.

What works

  • Put the street address in the starter message so every enquiry names the listing.
  • Print the QR code at least 3 cm wide on flyers and 15 cm on signboards so it scans from the footpath.
  • Add the link to your email signature and your agent profile page.
  • Save the link with the listing. When it sells, swap the message to point buyers at your other properties.

Questions

Can I make a different QR code for each property?

Yes. Change the starter message to the new address and download a new code. Each one is a separate link.

Does the QR code expire when the listing ends?

No. The code holds the link itself, so it works for as long as your number is on WhatsApp. Take old boards down so buyers don’t ask about sold homes.

Can I track how many people scanned it?

Not with this tool. The link goes straight to WhatsApp, and every chat it starts names the property, so you can count enquiries per listing.
